Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Marketing Communications Coordinator. The position is based in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, with some work from home opportunities available. We're excited for you to be growing with the company! The Marketing Communications Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as drafting email newsletters, coordinating marketing campaigns for clients, writing marketing materials, creating and organizing social media posts, and managing communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in Marketing Communications and Public Relations
- Skillsets in photography and videography (with a Canon camera preferably)
- Proficiency in managing communication strategies effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in Meta Ads
- Experience in reporting and data analysis
- Experience in website design with Wix and/or WordPress
- Experience in Google Ads is preferred
- Experience in SEO tactics

- Campaign strategizing
- Content creation strategy/approach
- Creating content calendars
- Data analyzing and strategizing for how to perform better
- Edit photos in Lightroom
- Editing videos using Capcut or other
- Assistance in drafting newsletters and blog articles
- Story post creation for clientele
- Indepth target audience analysis to guide video edits/approach
- Performance reporting, identifying issues
- Caption writing for social media posts
- Indepth SWOT analysis for new clientele
- Keeping up with the latest trends and strategizing ways to monetize them for our clients
- Arrange and organize content creation photoshoots and video shoots for clients
- Graphic designing in Canva and/or Photoshop for posts and various marketing materials
- Meetings with clients when needed to strategize, make edits to marketing materials, or other
