Position: EmmUcare is hiring for a part-time 'Receptionist' for Monday - Friday 8:30am-12:30pm to join our team! Weekends and holidays off!
Key Responsibilities: Manage front desk duties, including answering the phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling clerical tasks. Helping with medical supply store, Well Recieved and Call Dashboard. A receptionist plays a key role in managing the front office and providing a positive first impression to clients, visitors, and employees. Here are the typical responsibilities of a receptionist:
Front Desk Management
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering Calls: Manage incoming phone calls, route them to the correct individuals, and take messages when necessary.
- Managing Appointments: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed, and maintain the appointment calendar.
Administrative Support
- Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail, and manage outgoing mail and packages.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Office Supplies: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, and place orders when supplies are low.
Communication
- Correspondence: Draft, format, and send emails, letters, and other correspondence.
- Announcements: Relay important information and announcements to employees and visitors.
Customer Service
- Client Assistance: Assist clients and visitors with their needs, answer questions, and provide information about the company and its services.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or complaints from visitors or clients.
Security
