The Warehouse Production Associate reports to the Production Supervisor.
- This position ensures correct quality control of dry ice produced as well as tracks the quantities and materials used.
- Receives and processes incoming stock.
- Maintains clear records on all inventory and stock.
- Monitors product quality; making changes as directed and tracks changes.
- Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes the warehouse space and production line equipment.
- Prepares orders for shipment.
- Records exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
- Operates stock management tools; for example, a forklift.
- Demonstrates support of General Manufacturing Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adheres to all quality requirements including Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), etc.
- Works at maintaining a safe work environment and remains in compliance of all Company, Local, State and Federal mandates or programs.
- Looks for improvements in services and processes with the objective to reduce waste while striving for greater efficiency and profitability.
- Assists with maintaining records for all phases of production relative to safety, (KPI’s) key performance indicators, and order completion. Understands and follows procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and the Food Quality Plan (and any other programs that support the food safety and quality systems and other 3rd party audits).
- Participates in LEAN manufacturing culture (The five principles of lean manufacturing are value, value streams, flow, pull, and perfection. They guide organizations on how to create the most amount of value for their customers while maximizing efficiency at the same time.)
- Cross-trains as a dry ice delivery driver.

FLSA Class - Non-Exempt-hourly
Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience
- Over 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or mechanic work, specifically dry ice (preferred)
- Ability to work well in a team
- Must be able to receive OSHA 10/30/HASC certifications
- Ability to obtain TWIC Card
- Ability to pass a federal and state criminal background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
Salary : $33,100 - $41,900
