We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and innovative corporate Director of Talent Acquisition for Nursing to join our team. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the entire talent acquisition process for our nursing teams, implementing forward-thinking recruitment strategies, and driving organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in nurse recruitment, a strong ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Master's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, Bachelor's required. 7 years of experience in talent acquisition required, with a focus on nursing recruitment preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of innovative recruitment strategies that attract a diverse and highly qualified nursing talent pool. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels and methods, including digital tools, social media, partnerships with educational institutions, and industry events, to build and expand the talent pipeline.
- Lead and inspire a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and accountability. Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to enhance the skills of team members and ensure that they remain at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
- Use data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and improve decision-making. Regularly assess key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and use insights to drive continuous improvement. Develop and present data-driven reports to senior leadership to highlight trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving recruitment processes, enhancing the candidate experience, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Identify and implement best practices to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, including the Chief Nursing Officer’s (CNO) and other leaders, to understand the organization’s nursing workforce needs. Partner closely with department leads to ensure recruitment efforts align with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Oversee the development of a strong employer brand for nursing roles, highlighting the organization as an employer of choice. Ensure that the candidate experience is positive, inclusive, and reflective of the organization’s values and culture.
- Stay informed of industry trends, labor laws, and compliance regulations affecting recruitment and hiring practices. Ensure all recruitment activities meet legal and ethical standards, including adherence to equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines and non-discriminatory practices.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to navigate complex and changing environments with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading initiatives and process improvements.
- Experience in leading recruitment for healthcare systems or large-scale organizations.
- Knowledge of healthcare workforce trends, diversity and inclusion strategies, and retention initiatives.
