What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Senior Lifestyle Corporate Office?
Job Description
- Manage full-cycle recruiting / sourcing and interviewing process with a focus on front-line staff.
- Set appropriate sourcing strategy for immediate and future candidate pools.
- Accountable for the overall candidate and hiring manager experience from first point of contact through onboarding.
- Manage applicant flow within ATS; source, screen resumes / candidates, coordinate interviews.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical information, interview schedule, and other information as needed.
- Interview and facilitate / participate in selection decision process.
- Create and maintain tracking of requisitions, open position reports.
- Develop relationships with local Universities for entry-level and intern candidates; initiate, organize and participate in sponsored job / career fairs and on-campus events as applicable.
