About the Opportunity:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting qualified candidates to meet our clients' needs. Our goal is to provide both our talent and clients with best-in-class service, quality, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously recruit and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands
- Conduct phone screenings, assessments, in-person interviews, and orientations for potential hires
- Perform employment verifications and reference checks
- Ensure compliance with all hiring processes, including WOTC, E-Verify, and background checks, maintaining accurate documentation in the ATS
- Assist with onboarding new hires according to client-specific guidelines
- Process payroll promptly and accurately, following company policies
- Maintain reporting on recruitment activities and provide updates to the Recruiting Manager
- Efficiently handle candidate, employee, and client inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
