Job Description

Job Title : Interventional Radiology Technician

Profession : Radiologic Technologist

Hours per Shift : 8 hours

Experience : 18 months required, 3-5 years preferred

License : Required

Certifications : ARRT, BLS

Must-Have : Travel experience preferred

Description :

Technician will be part of the Interventional Radiology team.

The role involves handling approximately 25-30 cases per day.

Top procedures include Y-90 Chemoembolizations, Cerebral angiograms with thrombectomy and intervention, Sub-Arachnoid Hemorrhage, TIPSS, G-tubes, UFE, all vascular access, PTC, Renal biopsies, and Liver biopsies.

Familiarity with equipment such as GE Innova, Philips Allura, OEC 9900 C-Arm, and Ultrasound is necessary.

The technician must be willing to float to different campus locations as needed.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with shifts ranging from 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. or 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

On-call duties are expected.

A strong emphasis is placed on the ability to handle a variety of intricate procedures efficiently.
