Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician located in Mesa, AZ. The Behavioral Health Technician will be responsible for behavior analysis, applied behavior analysis, communication, behavioral intervention, and psychology to support the emotional well-being of youth.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Behavioral Intervention and Psychology
- Knowledge of mental health practices and techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Empathy and patience in dealing with youth populations
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
