As an entry-level Client Support Associate, you will be learning the ins and outs of our telecommunications clients and working with members of the management team to build long-lasting sales and development campaigns. Our entry-level Client Support Associate training will ensure that you don’t even have to think when a customer asks you a question; you will be confident in the products, services, and protocol.
Entry Level Client Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Introduce client products and services through a fine-tuned sales process where you and the customers can collaborate to fit their needs
- Communicate directly with customers to ensure an accurate understanding of the client campaign, and our efforts to assist in their sales and outreach goals
- Organizing the day through collaboration with members of the management team, other client support, and sales representatives to ensure efficiency
- Build an impeccable understanding of client protocol and services to problem-solve for customers in real-time
- Connect with other entry-level Client Support Associates to review client expectations, sales metrics, customer service results, and production goals
- Assist with office management and coordination in regard to scheduling meetings and ensuring attendance
Preferred Qualities of the Entry Level Client Support Associate:
- Proven ability or desire to continuously problem-solve and build the foundation for new campaigns
- A High School Diploma/GED is required
- Both professional and personal communication skills
- Organizational and time management abilities, especially when reaching client goals
- Previous experience in communications, management, customer service, retail, sales, or a related field

Pay: $45,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
