- Accurately enter and manage donations, pledges, and non-monetary contributions.
- Ensure timely donor acknowledgments and oversee credit card gift processing.
- Maintain data integrity and generate reports for donor cultivation and financial reconciliation.
- Assist the Executive Director with administrative tasks, board meetings, and donor relations.
- Support fundraising events, community initiatives, and special programs.
