Job Summary

Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support individuals in daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores.
- Promote residents' rights by advocating for their needs and preferences.
- Engage clients in recreational and social activities to foster community involvement.
- Implement individualized care plans developed by healthcare professionals or case managers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health status to appropriate personnel.
- Lift and assist clients as needed to ensure their comfort and safety.
Skills
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of patient care practices within long-term care settings is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
