About the Position:
This position is pivotal in developing actionable and concise reports, as well as leading efforts to implement, track, and improve LMS and instructional technology processes. The LMS Manager will oversee the implementation of training curricula, including testing, troubleshooting, and assigning learning content to appropriate learner roles.
This is an Exempt position with a salary of $65,000.00 - 70,000.00 per year.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Educational Design, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an LMS Administrator with Learning Management Systems.
- Experience working with SCORM and eLearning authoring tools is preferred
- Experience with instructional design in a vocational program setting with multiple sites is preferred.
- A combination of the above requirements will suffice to meet job requirements.
