About the Position:
Empire Beauty Schools is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Manager to join our team in a remote position. The LMS Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s learning platforms, such as Cornerstone and Milady CIMA, ensuring their effective operation and the smooth delivery of training programs. In this role, the LMS Manager will also provide ongoing support to all users within the company.
This position is pivotal in developing actionable and concise reports, as well as leading efforts to implement, track, and improve LMS and instructional technology processes. The LMS Manager will oversee the implementation of training curricula, including testing, troubleshooting, and assigning learning content to appropriate learner roles.
Candidates for this position must reside within one of the following states: NY, NC, MD, VA, MA, ME, RI, NJ, PA, IL, OH, IN, KY, TN, GA, FL, AZ, CO, MN, WI, or MI.
This is an Exempt position with a salary of $COMPENSATION.RANGE per year.
