As the MDS Coordinator, you’ll serve as the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) / Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator for our centers. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and processing MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI regulations and guidelines.

Requirements :
RN License in the State of Georgia
Extensive experience conducting MDS Assessments
Available to travel regularly throughout the state of Georgia and Florida.
