Responsibilities:
As our Wound Care Nurse, you will:
- Manage wound care for assigned patients, following established nursing standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure the best care for each patient.
- Educate patients and families about wound care, prevention, and healthy practices to improve recovery outcomes.
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing nursing responsibilities and care assessments.
- Ensure a high standard of care, following infection control protocols and safety measures at all times.
