What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years progressive Human Resources experience, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
- Post-secondary education in business, Human Resources or related discipline.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, database management, HRIS, and record-keeping.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively multitasking, prioritizing, and adapting to changing needs with minimal direction.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, ensuring high levels of customer service and confidentiality.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships while staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
