Under the direction of the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Consultant is an experienced sales professional who makes a significant contribution to the teams and Empire Communities’ sales efforts by continually reaching and exceeding sales goals. This position represents Empire Communities by properly communicating company products and services to all prospects. They conduct themselves at all times in an ethical, professional manner consistent with good business practice. They identify and qualify prospects to secure sales. Initiating, monitoring and expediting the home buying process to reach company-established sales goals are key functions of this role.
This role is located at our Empire Colorado Head Office in Colorado Springs, CO.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $ 68,030-$81,640 annually. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of relevant job experience, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Empire Communities is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions located in other states.

What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the new home construction industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly explain the building process, and negotiate effectively to meet sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel), report creation, and database management. Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and make informed decisions.
- Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to interpret customer needs, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate across departments, interact professionally with realtors, on-site teams, leadership, and sales associates to drive business strategies.
- High school diploma required; college education in business, sales, or real estate preferred.

- Communication & Coordination: Facilitate smooth transactions by keeping buyers informed, coordinating with builders, closing coordinators, and leadership, and attending sales meetings and industry events.
