Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. This dual role position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in construction management and cost estimation. You will play a pivotal role in managing projects from conception to completion while providing accurate and competitive estimates to support our business goals. Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
Estimating:
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed.
• Solicit and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management and estimating within the construction industry.
• Proven expertise in commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore) and estimating tools (e.g. PlanSwift).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
