Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and have a high standard of integrity. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for lead generation and account management, and a desire for an independent work environment. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts to generate new business, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and aggressively implement sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities in our community.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to help improve our sales strategies.
  • Engage in both inside and outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Provide ongoing account management to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Keep CRM up to date with leads and follow-up opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Familiarity with CRM software beneficial.
  • Skills in lead generation, account management, negotiation, and closing preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges in a competitive market.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Motivated by a commission-based pay structure.
  • Bilingual appreciated, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with clean record.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
