As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts to generate new business, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and aggressively implement sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new leads and opportunities in our community.
- Provide feedback and market insights to help improve our sales strategies.
- Engage in both inside and outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Provide ongoing account management to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Keep CRM up to date with leads and follow-up opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Familiarity with CRM software beneficial.
- Skills in lead generation, account management, negotiation, and closing preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges in a competitive market.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Motivated by a commission-based pay structure.
- Bilingual appreciated, but not required.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
