The Accounting Payroll/Clerk will perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for the accounting department at Empire Landscape, LLC.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records.
- Accurately records payroll using crew timesheets.
- Communicate with crew supervisors to have errors and omissions on timesheets fixed.
- Distributes payroll reports to Production Team weekly.
- Make Payments to State, Federal, and 401(K) program.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Additional tasks available as assigned and needed.
Require d Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems.
- Need to have a strong grasp of basic mathematical principles.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail is a necessity.
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in payroll or data entry a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds at times
