We are seeking a top-performing Inside Sales Executive to close inbound leads and conduct high-conversion outbound follow-up calls. This is a performance-based, high-reward role designed for closers not order takers.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle 100–150 inbound and outbound calls per day
- Close new course enrollments and recurring memberships
- Upsell and cross-sell advanced training and bundles
- Work leads via CRM (task-based follow-up, notes, contact tracking)
- Achieve monthly quota ($125K–$150K depending on base tier)
Comp Plan Options: $60,000 – $75,000 base uncapped commission (OTE:
$130K–$180K)
- Standard Track: $60K base $100K/month quota
- Elite Closer Track: $65K–$75K base $125-150K/month quota
- strong commission up to quota; accelerator % above quota
- Monthly SPIFs and top-performer bonuses
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of inside sales experience (phone sales preferred)
- Proven ability to close $100K–$150K in monthly revenue
- Confidence handling healthcare professionals and high-value objections
- Strong communication, CRM fluency, and competitive drive
