POSITION SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, this position is responsible all aspects of the company’s financial records.
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESULTS
- Financial analysis & reporting, including expenses, gross profit and other financial statement line items.
- Preparation and issuance of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting packages, including financial statements, M&A and footnote disclosures within GAAP & other technical pronouncements.
- Supervise monthly close process by ensuring journal entries reflect all corporate financial transactions, including authorization of bank fund transfers and expense invoices.
- Management of audits
- Staff development and training
- Systems implementation/automation
- Strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Banking Relations
- Financial Systems Design & Implementation
- Internal Control design and review
- Tax planning
- Tax reporting, sales tax, 1099, 1099R, W-2, etc.
- Cash Management
- Management & Administration of capital projects
- Advance use of financial accounting software & computer enterprise system
- Management of accounts payable & accounting departments.
- Interaction with payroll and benefits departments.
- Interaction with Supplier accounting department
- Supplier & customer relations.
- Invoice review and approval.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounting Manager, Accountants, Bookkeepers, Clerks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor Degree or higher
- CPA
EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum five years work related experience.

- Computer proficiency

- CPA

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary Range: $140,000 - $170,000 plus annual bonus potential
