Job Description:
As an ELD/Decal Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs), cameras, and other telematics equipment in our fleet vehicles. Additionally, you will apply and maintain decals and other branding on vehicles, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure ELDs, cameras, and telematics devices in fleet vehicles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with installed devices.
- Apply and maintain decals and vehicle markings according to company standards.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on fleet vehicles' telematics equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with fleet managers to ensure timely and accurate installations and maintenance.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and technology developments related to fleet management and telematics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience with telematics devices, ELDs, and camera systems (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and installation procedures.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow compliance standards.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver’s license (required for vehicle-related duties).
