We’re currently seeking a Customer Service & Office Administration Representative who is proactive, detail-driven, and ready to become an essential part of our dynamic office team. What You’ll Do:
- Interact with clients professionally via phone and email
- Manage scheduling and assist with project timelines
- Perform accurate data entry and file organization
- Support contract prep and electronic document handling (DocuSign)
- Create simple diagrams using image capture/editing software
- Measure square and linear footages from site plans
- Handle office supply ordering and basic office upkeep
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organization and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in email, internet tools, and basic office software
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic office setting
- Experience using QuickBooks, Excel, and DocuSign is highly desirable
