Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, ensuring compliance with health regulations. This is an important role for this position because we like to maintain optimal cleanliness for our store.
- Assist in stocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Provide information about menu items and promote daily specials to enhance sales.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Clean dishes after shift that was worked.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Previous experience using a POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail, particularly in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
The pay rate is 15.50 per hour plus tips!
We require that employees are on time and ready to work. Tardiness is not excepted and callouts/ no shows will result in direct termination. We are looking for a responsible candidate and is good with time management skills.
