JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service Rep. *** Logistics Industry
1st Shift: 8am-5pm
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 DOE
Location: Elizabeth, NJ 07201
- Process orders/receipts: Locate, create, import, and adjust charges appropriately
- Process cycle counts: Track, adjust, cancel, and/or relocate inventory
- Distribute orders and assign inventory locations
- Import items and batch item update
- Report analysis
- Contact Carriers and Customers daily
- Communicate and coordinate with co-workers
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills required
- Proficient in Excel/Word
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Customer service oriented
- Logistics background preferred
- Knowledge of 3PL a plus
- Work well in a team setting
Salary : $19 - $21
