As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You will work closely with customers, business partners, and drivers to meet commitments, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the journey.

Responsibilities :

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

Handle customer complaints with professionalism and composure.

Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues efficiently.

Monitor delivery routes to ensure progress and timely service.

Scan haul-away pods and verify delivery stamps.

Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders accurately.

Working hours : Various Shifts Available

Skills :

High school diploma or equivalent.

1 year of experience in a call center or related customer service environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to exceed customer expectations while delivering solutions.

Education : High School

Experience : 1-4 years

Qualifications :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.

High level of adaptability and the ability to perform under pressure.
