Our client, a leading manufacturer of cabinets and countertops, is seeking a Finishing Manager to join its team. As a Finishing Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Finishing Manager
Location: East Bernard, TX (Relocation assistance provided)
Pay Range: $100K/yr potential bonus sign-on bonus benefits
Shift: Mondays to Fridays, 7 am to 4:30 pm
What’s the Job?
- Oversee quality control, project management, and production of the paint, stain, and clear coat operations.
- Ensure efficient and consistent finishing processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Lead and supervise the finishing team to maintain high production standards and meet deadlines.
- Manage and implement safety protocols on the production floor.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and quality.
What’s Needed?
- 7 years of experience in a finishing or wood finishing environment, preferably in manufacturing.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership.
- Strong background in production management and quality control.
- Proven ability to manage safety processes in a production environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
