Location: Albany, NY
Position: Recertification Specialist
Compensation: $22 per hour with full´time benefits (direct-hire)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Our team is looking for a skilled Recertification Specialist to assist with the day-to-day operations of a 210-apartment community. What You’ll Be Doing
· Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
· Support daily operations, ensuring smooth management of the apartment community.
· Handle clerical tasks, including scanning documents, answering phones, and managing voicemails.
· Process rent checks and subsidies, monitor accounts, and oversee eviction processes and collections.
· Maintain AP/AR filings and ensure accurate documentation.
· Stay up-to-date on funding programs and compliance requirements from government and syndicate agencies.
What You Bring
· Experience: 2 years in Property Support and at least 1 year of LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) and Income Verification experience.
· Education: High School Diploma required.
· Skills: Strong organizational abilities, multitasking, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
