Project Manager – EmpireTV
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
EmpireTV is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to oversee the transition of accounts from the sales stage to full activation in our billing system. This role requires strong coordination skills to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the setup process.
• Work with customers to confirm the proper channel lineups for their facility.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure equipment is shipped and delivered on time.
• Work with freight carriers to track and manage shipments.
• Schedule and coordinate installation with technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service.
• Oversee project timelines, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
• Ensure all necessary steps are completed for the account to go live in the billing system.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in project management, logistics, or customer coordination is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
