EmpireWorks Reconstruction is seeking a charismatic individual to expand our brand in San Diego County. This individual will support our team through tracking sales leads, utilizing existing CRM systems, coordinating in person client meetings, industry events, and assisting in sales presentations and proposals. Our target focus are condo associations, community managers of those associations, and construction defect law firms.

The Focus of the Role
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including condo association boards, property managers, and legal representatives.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to effectively engage and convert leads into clients.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and enhance our proposals and sales presentations.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and estimators, to ensure a seamless experience for clients from lead generation to project completion.
Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on lead status and conversion rates.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Includes vehicle allowance, fuel provided, phone reimbursement, and option with contribution for healthcare. Generous fair and flexible personal time policy. 50% of your week will be in the field visiting our clients with the remaining office based at our San Diego office in Santee, CA.
Individuals must have a valid CA drivers license and driving history.
