EMPIST is currently seeking an IT Project Coordinator for our growing team!
We are looking for a bright, motivated, detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating, tracking, scheduling and managing the diverse components of IT projects (Network/Server refreshes, O365/cloud migrations, Wifi deployments, etc.) in order to execute these projects effectively, efficiently, on time and on budget.
Reporting to the PMO Manager, we offer the opportunity to work with a friendly team, grow in this role and develop the current skills you already have. You will be working with team members supporting MSP customers throughout the US.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate project requirements
- Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with the project scope
- Coordinate and communicate project-related information
- Create and manage schedules
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings and calls with agendas
- Attend meetings with the Project Manager
- Coordinate remote dispatches
- Assist with implementation activities for new MSP clients
- Liaise with clients on projects and weekly stand-up calls
- Quality control work and deliverables
Requirements
- 1-2 years proven experience in IT Project Coordinator role
- Previous experience in MSP environment (preferred)
- Ability to interpret, process, and deliver on SOW's
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under moderate pressure
- Comfortable liaising with stakeholders from all levels, client-facing and internally
- Basic understanding of various technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with the O365 Stack
- Experience with the Teamwork PM Software a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail whilst staying focused on the big picture

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
