Customer Service Rep

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Rep with excellent communication skills for a client in Uniontown, OH!

Hours :

  • 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Pay :

  • 18.00 - $20.00 per hour Based on experience

    • Responsibilities :

  • Answer inbound customer calls
  • Field customer inquiries
  • Field complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Schedule / confirm appointments
  • Coordinate customer needs with dispatchers to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency of the service technician team
  • Maintain a positive, friendly disposition in all interactions
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma / GED
  • A minimum of one year customer service related experience, but will consider candidates with the right combination of experience and skills
  • HVAC, Plumbing, or Construction experience preferred, not required
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding experience to all customers - external as well as internal
  • Able to identify and assess customer needs effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to accurately maintain information in the appropriate system
  • Must be comfortable using web based applications
  • Must be dependable and reliable
  • Must enjoy working with people
