We are currently seeking a candidate with strong customer service skills in a medical office setting for our client in Canton, OH!

Hours:
- Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm - Occasionally candidates may be asked to report at 7:30am and stay as late as 5:30pm
Pay:
- $17.00-$18.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Review patient charts
- Put together care plans and payment plans
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurance
- Ensure claims are processed
- Make follow up calls to patients and providers
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years' experience in a medical office setting
- 1 years' experience in customer service
- Strong understanding of insurance
- Must work well with others
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Upbeat, outgoing personality
