Office Coordinator Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Office Coordinator position. In this role, you will provide critical support to our customers in Salem, OH.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Salary:

  • $17-18 per hour based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client data across business systems, using document management and customer relationship software
  • Process client service requests and general account maintenance as directed
  • Client communication, including answering phone calls and greeting clients
  • Support quarterly portfolio reports and client review meeting presentations
  • Perform general clerical functions for the firm
  • Complete all project work assigned

Required Skills:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency – Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Desire to learn and grow with the company
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
