Office Coordinator Role
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Office Coordinator position. In this role, you will provide critical support to our customers in Salem, OH.
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Salary:
- $17-18 per hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain client data across business systems, using document management and customer relationship software
- Process client service requests and general account maintenance as directed
- Client communication, including answering phone calls and greeting clients
- Support quarterly portfolio reports and client review meeting presentations
- Perform general clerical functions for the firm
- Complete all project work assigned
Required Skills:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency – Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Desire to learn and grow with the company
- Strong organizational and time management skills
