What You’ll Do:
- Manage the implementation process for new clients, from the handoff after sale through to enrollment launch
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation phase
- Develop and maintain project plans in our systems (EFPEngage, Etrax, CRM)
- Lead weekly status calls, prepare agendas, and follow up on tasks and deliverables
- Ensure all activities align with client expectations and the Statement of Work
- Troubleshoot roadblocks and escalate issues when needed to keep the project on track
- Schedule and facilitate internal post-implementation debrief meetings
- Collaborate with the entire implementation team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service

Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Health and Life License (must be obtained within 180 days of hire)
- 3–5 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role
- Project Management Certification a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A team-player mindset with a passion for problem-solving
