Employee Management Group is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Front Office Assistant to oversee operations at the sales desk of Edge Tire Pros in Nephi. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth customer experience by managing appointments, maintaining records, and assisting the general manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, combined with a commitment to delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service.
  • Schedule customer appointments for tire, oil change, and other automotive services.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.


Administrative Duties:

  • Manage the front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
  • Maintain accurate records for appointments, transactions, and service histories.
  • Ensure that the waiting area and front desk are clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Creating work orders and handing customer payments,
  • Help to manage and count inventory


Operations Support:

  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Monitor and update appointment schedules to optimize workflow.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on customer trends, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma preferred. College experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using scheduling and point-of-sale software.
