Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Serve as a first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service.
- Schedule customer appointments for tire, oil change, and other automotive services.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage the front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
- Maintain accurate records for appointments, transactions, and service histories.
- Ensure that the waiting area and front desk are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Creating work orders and handing customer payments,
- Help to manage and count inventory
Operations Support:
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure seamless communication with customers.
- Monitor and update appointment schedules to optimize workflow.
- Provide regular feedback to management on customer trends, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred. College experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive industry experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using scheduling and point-of-sale software.
