- Lead successful HR Dept of Health and Joint Commission visits.
- Collaborate on workforce planning and connecting the system's strategic priorities.
- Ensure broad HR consultative services are achieved including: recruitment and retention, employee engagement, professional and leadership coaching, and competency management.

- Work collaboratively with the other campus Human Resources Directors on projects and systemwide initiatives as prioritized by the SR VP of Human Resources.

Position: Director, Human Resources
Shift: Full Time - On-site
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years progressive HR and managerial experience.
- Experience with leadership development and coaching is preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare organization is preferred.
- Knowledge of EEOC and DOL regulations, relevant employment legislation, communications, human relations and management skills normally acquired through 10-12 years of Human Resource Generalist experience.
- Knowledge of ERISA, labor law, organizational development and compensation.
Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Master’s degree preferred in a related Human Resources field.
