About the Position :
As a Territory Manager, your primary objective will be to cultivate and maintain relationships with insurance agents while collaborating closely with your underwriting team. You will be the resource that agents trust for expert guidance on work comp inquiries and business opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed premium goals while aligning with our financial objectives.
- Develop and sustain a producer management process that emphasizes customer focus.
- Monitor market trends to identify new products and processes that enhance our offerings.
- Educate agents, underwriters, loss control consultants, and claims examiners to improve sales and efficiency.
- Conduct regular agency calls to showcase company products and enhance producer relationships.
- Strategically assess new agency appointments while terminating those that do not align with company standards.
- Facilitate training and problem-solving within agencies.
- Perform agency audits and recommend actions based on findings.
- Prepare monthly reports that analyze market trends and producer performance.
- Collaboratively work with Loss Control, Underwriting, and Claims teams to achieve production goals.
