Key Responsibilities :
Oversee a single project or multiple smaller projects.
Evaluate field engineer / foreman; craft employees’ performance and identify / conduct training of others.
Perform all duties of the field engineer / foreman should project size, budget, or staffing limitations exist.
Lead, communicate, and assist office staff, subcontractors and vendors in working to the project.
Become “subject matter experts” in best practices.
Represent organization with owner(s), architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors and subcontractors in a professional and courteous way.
Build effective working relationships with clients and the project team members.
Plan effective / accurate schedules for project(s) and manage manpower accordingly. Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
3 years of experience managing commercial projects.
