What You"ll Do At Monteith
- Oversee On-Site Operations : Manage daily site activities, ensuring that all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Trader Partners and Teams : Schedule and oversee trades and project teams to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any conflicts or delays.
- Ensure Safety : Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Monitor Quality and Progress : Conduct quality control inspections, monitor construction progress, and address any issues to ensure the project meets high standards of workmanship.
- Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, providing updates to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, challenges, and milestones.
