Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring they meet all necessary standards.
- Lead and manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including securities law and financial reporting regulations.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices in double-entry bookkeeping.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in accounting with a strong ability to lead teams.
- Solid experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing junior staff.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of accounting compliance standards and best practices.
