Employment Solutions is partnering with an established company to hire a Manufacturing Engineer to work onsite in Endicott, NY. This is a direct hire position with full benefits!
Our client manufactures highly engineered products and components for the Aerospace, Defense, Transportation and other industries.
Salary range: $65K-90K
Responsibilities
- Process Design & Optimization
- Machining Processes
- Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving
- Work closely with production teams, maintenance, and other engineering departments
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives
- Safety and Compliance
- Integrate new technologies or machinery to improve manufacturing capabilities and efficiency
- Documentation & Reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years' of engineering experience
- CAD software expertise and process simulation tools
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvements
