Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain a positive profit / loss ratio and increase market share in line with business goals.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal operations teams.

- Create and implement marketing and pricing strategies that balance customer needs with company objectives.
- Collaborate effectively across all divisions to achieve common goals.
