We are looking for a flexible, technically-minded, and self-motivated Facility Technician with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and supporting our production and manufacturing teams.Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general plant and building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems (pumps, ovens, drains, compressors).
- Work independently while coordinating with external vendors, including HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and grounds crew.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Oversee and implement the company safety program.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain test equipment and manufacturing machinery (ovens, washers, etc.).
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Be available for on-call emergencies, including nights and weekends (rarely needed; proximity to the facility is a plus).
