Laborer Custodian

Location: Ithaca, NY
Pay: $16.50 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Day Shift | Full-Time
Project Duration: Approximately 8–12 weeks
Start Date: April 4th | Projected End Date: Third week of May

Employment Solutions is currently hiring a General Laborer for a post-construction cleanup project in Ithaca, NY. This short-term, full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating clean, organized, and safe environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Use cleaning and sanitizing chemicals safely and correctly
• Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the site
• Support team efforts to ensure the site is ready for occupancy

What We’re Looking For:

• OSHA 10 certification is required
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general labor roles is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license required
