Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain ordnance cell equipment, including loading/unloading sintering furnaces, running PM parts presses, center-less grinders, and machine tools.
- Adjust equipment as needed, replace tooling, and perform routine maintenance. Report any process, equipment, or material issues.
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure machine efficiency and product quality, making necessary corrections.
- Properly package and label products for shipment per customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, including production logs and SPC documentation.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations at company, state, and federal levels.
- Keep the work area, machines, and tools clean and organized while adhering to company policies.
Education & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have or be able to obtain a forklift (lift truck) license.
