Non Profit Association Finance Manager

Employment Solutions has an immediate need for Finance Manager for an Non Profit Association Management Company in the east Sunrise area. This company provides world-class professional management for associations, societies and foundations.

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager is responsible for the delivery of timely financial reports and

reports to Association Clients and/or Co-Presidents.

Job Responsibilities:

 Development of client monthly financial reports and a monthly review of these

reports with company's principles and/or the Lead Association Executive

 Managing Accounts Payables and Receivables

 Running group credit cards and providing finance related support to groups on as

needed basis

 QuickBooks entry and Reconciliation of bank statements

 Maintenance of financial files in accordance with best practices and required by law

 Representation of the association to constituencies when working on behalf of

the association in a professional manner

 Other duties as assigned

Working hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Job Requirements

. At least 5 years experience as a Finance Manager

. Must have Non-Profit Association Finance Experience

· Must have previous AP and AR experience

· Must have experience in a corporate accounting structure

· Previous Quick books experience required

· Must have excellent communication skills

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
