Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping & Receiving: Oversee the smooth processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials.
- Data Management: Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track shipments, scan inventory, process orders, and upload necessary documentation and photos.
- Inventory Control: Ensure accurate inventory levels by comparing physical stock with documentation, and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a well-organized warehouse, including receiving, staging, and dispatch areas. Keep all paperwork up-to-date and accessible.
- Product Quality Review: Conduct final inspections on products and packaging to ensure quality and compliance before shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks) and ensure they are well-maintained.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments to support operational flow and efficiency.
- Compliance: Adhere to company safety standards, quality protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Previous experience is a must.
- Warehouse Expertise: Experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Forklift Certification: Required for safe and efficient operation of warehouse vehicles.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate documentation, quality checks, and inventory control.
