HR Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This role involves analyzing HR data, designing impactful programs, and contributing to employee growth and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze HR data from various sources, including employee records, surveys, performance reviews, and recruitment metrics, to identify organizational needs.
• Assist in creating and executing programs and initiatives focused on leadership development, career planning, employee engagement, and succession planning.
• Apply HRRM/HCTRA HR/SHRM best practices to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop communication materials and presentations to support program analysis, implementation, and updates to processes.
• Support the administration of the Employee Performance Management program by establishing performance metrics and appraisal processes.
• Ensure systems effectively measure and enhance employee performance.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in training and development or related fields.
• Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data analysis.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing leadership and employee development programs.
• Knowledge of HR best practices (HRRM, HCTRA HR, SHRM).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Education:
• A degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
